Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received through our online booking system. All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The applicable 10% tax is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Your payment statement may appear as PT Luma Numa Umah.
Changes to Your Booking
You may move your booking to another available date free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Please contact us as early as possible so we can arrange the change. Changes requested within 24 hours of your session are treated as late changes and the original booking fee remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations and no shows
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as your place and materials have already been prepared. If you do not attend your scheduled session, the booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances such as staff illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. If we cancel your session, you may choose to move your booking to another available date or receive a full refund.
Arriving late
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate you without disrupting the experience for other guests. In this case, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
Safety and studio guidelines
For everyone's safety and comfort, guests are expected to follow the guidance of our instructors and studio team throughout the session. Please let us know in advance about any allergies or sensitivities that may be relevant to the materials used during your workshop.
Your Finished Pieces
Your finished pieces may be available for same-day collection or delivery for an additional fee, depending on the workshop. Delivery availability and charges will be confirmed by the studio.
Photography
We occasionally take photographs and videos during workshops for our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs or videos, simply let your instructor know before the session and we will respect your preference.
Personal Belongings and Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a safe and welcoming studio environment. However, Luma Numa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio. Guests are responsible for following studio safety instructions and using materials and tools as directed.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the applicable courts in Badung Regency, Bali, to the extent permitted by law.
